University Apartments is part of Western University's beautiful and scenic campus. The park-like setting has an abundance of green space for residents to enjoy, including courtyards, picnic tables & benches and a basketball court.
All grounds are maintained regularly, in all seasons, by university grounds crews.
The University Apartments Complex consists of four buildings with a combined total of 548 units in both 3-story and high-rise buildings:
Laundry facilities are conveniently located in or near all buildings and are accessible 24-hours a day.
Machines are card operated and each tenant is issued a card to load with credits. Card loading stations are conveniently located in both Platt's Lane Estates and the University Apartments.
