Accommodations at University Apartments are available to upper-year undergraduate and graduate students enrolled full-time on main campus. Post-doctoral fellows and staff are ineligible to apply, as well as students registered at affiliate colleges (Huron and King's Colleges).

Applications for both one- and two-bedroom apartments are available online.

Where there are more applicants than units available, a lottery will be held to determine the order of offers. Initial offers of accommodation are based upon a monthly computer-generated lottery, which randomly selects applicants. Sometimes applicants exceed unit availability, and so not every applicant will receive an offer of accommodation. This means only applicants selected for an offer will be contacted.

We continue to work from the lottery lists until all the apartments have been filled for the months mentioned.
